Meet the Team

Fatih Ergüven

After establishing Inhouse Global in 2012 with the amendment of Turkey’s Real Estate Reciprocity Law, Ergüven introduced the Turkish real estate market in more than 50 countries, pioneering the start of property sales to foreigners in Turkey.

Having promoted the Turkish property market at nearly 30 fairs abroad, Ergüven is a member of the GYODER Export Committee and the Foreign Economic Relations Board (DEIK) as well as the chairman of the GIGDER Fair and Events Committee.

Tolga Bıyıklıoğlu

From 2001 to 2015, Bıyıklıoğlu served as assistant general manager for sales and marketing and a member of the executive committee at Sinpaş GYO and Yapı. He later worked as deputy general manager responsible for sales and marketing and member of the executive board of Mesa.

In recent years, Bıyıklıoğlu has supervised the development, sales, and marketing of Mavi Arya Bodrum projects developed in partnership with Denizbank's Le Chic Bodrum and Aslan-Astaş-Caba.
